This program equipped me with skills and knowledge in leadership and management, including project planning and delivery, risk management and stakeholder management.

This program developed my knowledge of social science theory and equipped me with skills in policy analysis, policy writing, policy making and policy advocacy. These skills were supplemented by learning to understand, design and use a range of applied social research techniques.

Performed research and prepared reports and briefing papers on matters related to legislation and public policy. Two major research projects were in relation to:

Employee ownership as a business ownership and remuneration model, which included taking an online course offered by the University of Oxford to help inform my research.
